John Masters, MBA, Col. USAF (Ret.) Owner and President |
John Masters joined Designeers in 1977 as an Account Representative. He took over the presidency upon his father’s retirement in 1987 and later purchased the firm in 2004. A retired Air Force Reserve Colonel, John has graduate degrees in math, finance and management. He and his wife, Margi, enjoy golf, sailing, traveling, and keeping up on the exploits of their three twenty-something year old kids.

Bud Reynolds General Manager |
H. E. “Bud” Reynolds (General Manager); with nearly forty years in the Contract Services industry, the last thirty-one with DESIGNEERS, his experience spans three decades in the industry and has seen numerous changes in the profession; from keeping notes, sales and recruiting information on yellow legal pads to now enjoying the computerized world. Bud has been married for 39 + years and has two grown children, enjoys traveling and golf.

Robin Harrison Account Representative/Recruiter |
Robin joined Designeers as a marketing/sales account representative in 1998, and is currently responsible for Engineering/Technical Contract Sales. Robin has over 25 years experience in design, engineering sales and business administration. Her latest hobby is digital photography. She also is a Kitchen and Bath Designer. When not involved with any of the above, she appreciates quality time spent with her two grown children, and four grandchildren.

Judy, a Purdue graduate, joined Designeers in September, 2004, after full-time motherhood and a technical career as a Software Engineer with Cinti Milacron. Prior to rejoining the workforce, Judy was very active in Cincinnati’s volunteer community. She and her husband, Ben, enjoy running, biking, golf and all the activities of their 3 teenage boys.

Lynn hopped on board October, 2001 after relocating, along with her husband and two school age children, from Connecticut. Enjoys activities with her family and going to lunch at Wendy’s.

Tony Louderback, USA (Ret.) Recruiter |
Tony Louderback (Recruiter) joined the Designeers team in 2007. He recently retired from the U.S. Army after 22 plus years of service. His army background included a broad range of recruiting experience, from military logistics and operations, to technical and administrative. He has degrees in Human Relations and Business Management. Tony lives with his wife Caroline and their 3 sons, two of which also serve in the U.S. military. A life-long Cincinnati West-sider, Tony loves to watch football, especially Elder High School.

Jaime Masters; A Vanderbilt University undergraduate, joined the Designeers Team in 2008 after 2 years with a national engineering firm. Jaime’s undergraduate in Civil Engineering coupled with his engineering experience brings valuable “hands on” experience that he applies to his recruiting and marketing efforts. In addition to marketing and recruiting, Jaime is responsible for managing Designeers’ GSA Schedule 736 vendor contract and general account management.

Bryn Lewis Recruiter |
Bryn Lewis provides Client Services at Designeers MidWest. Bryn came to Designeers from A.I. Resource where he led the consulting practice in client service, research, marketing and recruiting. Prior to that, he was a vice president and corporate Director of Recruiting and Retention for a global leader in the AEC consulting industry. Bryn is a former baseball and basketball coach and still tosses a ball nearly every day when the sun is out and his back isn’t.

Tom Brewer (Engineering Sales); Tom joined Designeers as an Engineering Sales Account Representative in 2011, and is currently responsible for Engineering/Technical Contract Sales. Tom has over 20+ years experience in design, engineering sales and business development. Tom has degrees in Environmental and Mechanical Engineering. Tom is an avid sports enthusiast, and appreciates quality time spent with his very active, 3 year old son.
