Management
John Masters (President) joined the firm in 1977 as an account representative. He took over the presidency upon his father's retirement in 1987. A retired Air Force Reserve Colonel, John has graduate degrees in math, finance and management. He lives with his wife, Margi, and their three college-age children. He enjoys golf, sailing and trips to Florida.
H. E. "Bud" Reynolds (General Manager); with thirty-five years plus in the Contract Services industry (1980 to present with Designeers), his experience spans three decades in the industry and has seen numerous changes in the profession; from keeping notes, sales and recruiting information on yellow legal pads to now enjoying the computerized world. Bud has been married for 31+ years and has two grown children, enjoys traveling and golf.
Sales/Marketing
Robin Harrison (Marketing); Robin joined Designeers as a marketing/sales
account representative in 1998, and is currently responsible for Engineering/Technical Contract Sales. Robin has over 25 years experience in design, engineering sales and business administration. Her latest hobby is digital photography. She also is a Kitchen and Bath Designer. When not involved with any of the above, she appreciates quality time spent with her two grown children, and 4 grandchildren.
Judy Wells (Marketing); A Purdue graduate BSEE, Judy joined Designeers in September, 2004, after full-time motherhood and a technical career as a Software Engineer with Cinti Milacron. Prior to rejoining the workforce, Judy was very active in Cincinnati’s volunteer community. She and her husband, Ben, enjoy running, biking, golf and all the activities of their 3 teenage boys.
Accounting
Lynn Hogan (Accounting/Payroll); hopped on board October, 2001 after relocating, along with her husband and two school age children, from Connecticut. Enjoys activities with her family and going to lunch at Wendy's.
Support Staff
Samantha Nichols (Personnel Assistant) first joined Designeers’ staff in 1993 as our receptionist. She is now tasked with coordinating the entire submission and hiring process. Born and raised in Cincinnati, she spends all her free time trying to keep up with her toddler son. They enjoy camping and boating and all outdoor activities. She is excited to be back at Designeers and looks forward to helping you with your personnel needs.
Dale Unroe provides Systems/Network administration that enables Designeers to efficiently operate all aspect of the business. Dale joined Designeers In March 2004 when he began remaking the network and PC infrastructure into a first class business environment. Besides finding frozen hills to ski down and keeping a home reef thriving, Dale enjoys spending quiet time with his wife of 5 years.
Recruiting
Roger Wheeler (Senior Technical Recruiter); with more than thirty years in the Professional Placement/Sourcing and Contract Service industry, joined Designeers in 1997. Married with 9 grandchildren, he still finds time to enjoy sports and is an avid observer.
Lindsay Masters (Recruiter) joined Designeers’ staff in 2005 upon graduation from Syracuse University where she earned her B.A. in psychology. She focuses her recruiting efforts on assignments for administrative assistants and warehouse specialists. Lindsay looks forward to returning to graduate school to study business. Meanwhile, she enjoys reading, sailing with Dad, playing tennis and volunteering as a CASA.
