This position is responsible for providing superior staffing services to their assigned customer group(s). This position delivers high quality candidates, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and potential applicants. A wide degree of creativity, business understanding, and personal organization is required.

Specific job duties include:
• Confer with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to identify and understand recruiting needs.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
• Leverage online recruiting resources, cold-calling, and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
• Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
• Create and foster relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diversity candidates.
• Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
• Pre-screen candidates. Create and present prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval.
• Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates.
• Prepare candidates for interviewing by providing detailed information on the company, department background, job descriptions, and expectation-setting.
• Facilitate and document post-interview feedback with interview teams and candidates.
• Review the hiring manager’s interview performance with each candidate and take appropriate action when warranted.
• Extend offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of our compensation policy.
• Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
• Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities.
• Use effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness.
• Work cooperatively with HR management and business partners to develop and implement staffing plans and activities.
• Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
• Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate.
• Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least 2 years of experience sourcing and recruiting candidates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Technical recruiting experience for a high-tech organization strongly desired.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Ownership of analyzing contribution margin and op profit estimates and actual for the Renewables Business.  This involves working with global cross-functional teams (Sourcing, Supply Chain, Projects)
Calculate sales price index, orders price index, mix, variable cost productivity, volume impact, etc. for each DR and quarter close.  Effectively communicate contribution margin walks to the P&W HQ team and ensure that the walks tie to what is reported to Atlanta HQ.
Update Hyperion Income Statement for America’s HQ to ensure Revenue, Contribution Margin, Base Cost, and OP Profit planned meet expectations.
Identify/report risk and opportunities to the income statement estimate on a weekly basis as part of the Flash and QMI call. 
Develop reporting package for Quarter Close, DR’s. etc
Analyze Orders and Commitment Backlog with a focus on secured volume, total balance, and Contribution Margin.
Support Ad-Hoc analysis requests from P&W FP&A
Complete P&W HQ Cognos and DR requests for quarter closes and OP, DR, SII, etc.

Requirements:
