Employee Payroll
Designeers Midwest is pleased to offer our clients a very comprehensive personnel program called Payrolling. The following points define the program, identify its advantages and answer most of your questions relating to the service.

• Payrolling is a program that allows you to place full or part-time personnel on the job without hiring them directly.
• You decide on the technical temporary and the pay rate. You can even request compensation factors if you like.
• We actually do the hiring.
• If we payroll the person(s) you recommend, we take full responsibility for that workers unemployment compensation, taxes, etc.
• For the entire length of the assignment the supervisor in charge will approve the temporary employee's time sheets. It's that simple. We issue the check.
• You receive a weekly notice that lists the total hours worked, bill rate and total amount due. We maintain all of the required personnel and payroll records. We compute and pay out net wages and benefits.
• We make available a comprehensive health insurance plan for our payrolled employees.
• Most importantly, the payroll service is surprisingly inexpensive, sometimes lower than your own cost figures for the same services.
